The expat communities all over the planet have accepted this type of temporary housing. I have traveled for over 10 years and I am seeing these smaller types of Hotels and Apartment regually stealing market share from the big chains. The internet will easily make the Mom and Pop Hotels, the Boutique Hotel and the Apartelles compete with the Business Class Hotels.
