The earth can be pretty beautiful from 37,000 feet. My last week from Munich to Charlotte had amazing views of the Swiss Alps, Cape Cod, and every major city on the eastern seaboard of the United States. But this is way, way cooler: Video of a solar eclipse, from a plane flying over the Canadian Arctic, August 1, 2008.
