Their website is the WORST! We had miles that we were going to redeem through a credit card and thought the option of cash/giftcard through Points was better than a hotel stay. So we moved our points over to this company. BAD mistake! Whenever we click on an icon to redeem for ANYTHING, the site reverts back to its home page and doesn't let us go any further with the redemption. Thinking it was a one-time flaw, we've attempted numerous times. Never has worked. Of course, you can't contact representatives by phone or live chat unless you pay money to have 'gold' status. So we have to send an email and have been waiting ages for a reply. I think this site is a complete HOAX! Don't use it! My husband and I are SO fed up with Points.com! Their website is the WORST!
