Upon arrival to Chicago, it took 45 minutes for the bags to arrive on the carousel. AA offered to book me on a united flight from chicago to Richmond. I had to wait a couple hours for that, then that flight was late. Eventually I got home to Richmond about 5 hours later than my original arrival time. They ended up flying me to a tiny city over 150 miles away, and telling me I should "take the train" when I got there.
