If you go through the Seattle office, you may experience problems. Not only did they issue my ticket to Italy in the wrong name, which I caught before the flight, but when they reissued it they had booked me on a seperate plane from my teenaged daughters. Luftansa and United have a cooperative agreement and after they "fixed" their ticketing nightmare, they insisted that it was the same flight, just one reflected the United number, and the other the Luftansa number. I commmented to them that even the departure time was different by two minutes, they assured me that it was same flight, when it turned out we were on two different planes!! Buyer beware, very young, un-traveled agents in that office!!! They've never responded to my e-mail when I got home. It's too bad, last VVacations to England, had no problem.
