I just feel sorry for Delta embloyee who have been getting 10% pay cut every year starting in 2004, what does that mean? means an employee who started working for delta 10 years ago still rolling at the same place, soon he or will be sent home after the merge happen, Delta Airline top managemenet finally will choose to merge with US AIRWAY, why is that? to keep thier pay running without any threat and us airway does not care as long as delta accepts the offer.
