Well, in India they honk *ALL* the time.

I was stuck in a traffic jam in NYC with a friend when all the horns started going off when a cab got "stuck in the box."

I said "Bangalore symphony" and he got it.

		<description>"Honk horn ok" is still not quite as encouraging as "...frequently."  ;)  

I've been to islands other than the USVI, but the sticker has always just read "keep left," where appropriate of course.</description>

		<description>In India "Honk Horn Ok" is on ever bumper of every commercial vehicle.

It's a warning that you're overtaking, turning, slowing, changing lanes, happy, etc.

Never been to the Islands, but bet it's the same there.
