My husband left the charging cord for his portable razor in a hotel room in Canada. The hotel was, at first, not going to send it back because of having to fill out all the forms necessary to send it back to the US. Then, the manager agreed to send it, but for the $30 their courier would charge them to ship it. (A replacement was around $10 plus $6 shipping.) Before ordering the replacement, they called and said it was on its way at no charge. Sometimes, there is such a thing as good service in the service industry!
