I always request water to drink, carry with me my favourite hand lotion and lip balm and recently started bringing the Evian in a can. The idea of Evian in a spray can might seem ridiculous (it did to me at first), but it’s really great for your face. I find it refreshing and hydrating. While it costs a few dollars it does last for quite a while I flew on a red eye to Europe over the summer days after the restrictions were put into place and I wasn’t allowed any of the above…I am so glad they loosened the restrictions b/c my skin felt absolutely horrible after the flight. And it comes in really handy when you're, say, in Spain in July. And it's really very very practical. And no, it doesn't have to be Evian - I just never saw any other brand of water in aerosol cans. And yeah, we didn't have aircon in our car for a LONG time, so you had to find some other way of cooling down. It does have its uses - spray the air around you, sure some of the water gets evaporated into the air inside the car, but you aim it at yourself ;) it does help to cool you down, if only a little.
