In fact, it was in my bag from a tasting I had conducted the evening before...But the ultimate irony is that corkscrews such as the lame a** &quot;butterfly&quot; corkscrew are allowed since they don&#039;t have the micro &quot;blade&quot; foil cutter. I&#039;m going to find a good one that doesn&#039;t have a  cutter built in. I&#039;ll let you know when/if I do...</description>
