In fact, it was in my bag from a tasting I had conducted the evening before...But the ultimate irony is that corkscrews such as the lame a** "butterfly" corkscrew are allowed since they don't have the micro "blade" foil cutter. I'm going to find a good one that doesn't have a  cutter built in. I'll let you know when/if I do...</description>
