As life imitates art - again - there was a movie released in the late '90's starring Jon Cryer (of "Two and a Half Men" fame), that had a "Mile High Club" subplot in it.  It was titled "Plan B" (but isn't on DVD in the US).

Turns out, the airplane scenes of the movie were filmed at Whiteman Airport (WHP) in Pacoima/Arleta, California.  
There REALLY was a business of this nature that flew out of the airport at that time.  It was mentioned in the credits as "Mile High Adventures".

Too bad...after 9-11, it seems the business is now gone.</description>
