Maybe it is my past experience with biological terror training when I worked for the olympics, but, I would think the person was hooking up something that would disburse some kind of agent throughout the aircraft. It just seems like with everyone so on edge and paranoid that people would "take down" some guy that was hooking up some big blue aparatis to his air dispenser.
