You buy it and use it on your own computer to manage your Southwest travel and give yourself the best chance to get an &quot;A&quot;.  No third party is involved, and the user is initiating the booking of the flight.  I wouldn&#039;t think this is in violation of any laws or agreements.  Good stuff!</description>
